Bachir Salloum Puts Quality Beats on the Menu at Harbor Friday Brunch

There’s a new brunch in town where the DJ line-up is as tasty as the food. DJ and producer Bachir Salloum is behind Harbor Friday Brunch – and he knows a thing or two about serving up quality music. Bachir has put together a five-course menu of Dubai’s finest DJ talent to complement the edibles. Fouad Aoun, Jixo & Danz, Sam Farsio and Ziad Ghosn join Bachir to deliver a buffet of the finest beats at this weekend’s launch event.

“We have some of the best DJs right here in Dubai,” said Bachir. “And not just on a regional level – these guys hold their own on the international stage. Some have also been producing music for years and their music is played by so many around the world. I’m honoured to bring these top-class DJs together.”

Collaboration

Indeed, Sam Farsio and Bachir Salloum recently turned in a remix of Namito and Brans Sedrati’s Far Out track. Their first collaboration together, the remix dropped earlier this month on Ubersee Music.

Monumental

It’s been quite a monumental year for Bachir Salloum. Not content with making great tunes and throwing excellent parties, he also launched SAWT Music Academy. The music production and DJ school offers online courses in English and Arabic. The academy recently struck a deal with Middle East streaming platform Anghami. All existing and new students now enjoy a free six-month subscription to Anghami Plus.

Now Bachir adds Harbor Friday Brunch to his plate. With packages starting from just AED250, the brunch offers fab food to suit all tastes, including vegan options.
