By With the first in a three-part EP series out now, Megatronic leads the NYE party vibes at La Mer. Her New World EP is out on Turntables On The Hudson Music, the label owned by New York DJ Nickodemus. It delivers “positive vibes not only with house influenced grooves, but also with some broken beat and inspiring carefree vocals,” said Megatronic.
Dubai-based DJ, producer and singer-songwriter Megatronic, aka Megane Quashie, collaborates with Tornqvist and Edseven on the EP. We’ve had title track New World with Tornqvist on repeat here in the office. Give it a listen below:

Merry Band of Mischief-Makers
Megane is among the merry band of mischief-makers lined up for a special FRI:DAY NYE shindig at The Bungalow. Crown Prince, GB, Ranger, Billy Mooring, and Cameo are also on deck duty at the Dubai seaside hangout. Together, they’ll provide a soundtrack of afrobeat, dancehall, classic R&B and hip-hop, from 5pm until 2am.

The Bungalow is a great vantage point from which to enjoy the city’s best fireworks displays, when the clock strikes midnight. In addition to La Mer’s fireworks show, The Bungalow is offering more bang for your buck. The venue will dazzle its way into 2021 by setting off its custom-built fireworks boats out on the water.
