Party people, listen up! As we ease into autumn, new Dubai nightlife venues will crank up the music and open their doors in coming weeks. While the Dubai nightlife scene is always vibrant, the new editions will shake things up, giving you even more options for the weekend.

First up, legendary Lebanese club B018 is coming to Dubai. B018.dxb is poised to finally open its doors in Media One Hotel, Dubai Media City. In Beirut, B018 is famously located in an underground bunker with retracting roof. The Dubai location might not be quite as unusual but rest assured designers have been flat out transforming the 42nd floor of Media One Hotel into a cool club venue.

The 42nd floor at Media One already has a clubbing history. Known a few years ago as On42, the stripped back industrial space housed a number of great club nights. The iamCrü team spent numerous lost weekends there at Plus Minus and Decibel. The infamous Red Bull Weekender and Analog Room party with Moodyman and the Blessed Madonna is another great night there etched in our minds. With B018’s great reputation among international DJs, we’re sure B018.dxb will bring great clubbing back to Media One.

Expanding

Soho Garden DXB is also expanding. With the original Soho Garden DXB based out at Meydan, a new venue is undergoing finishing touches on The Palm. Soho Garden Palm Jumeirah will occupy a rooftop space at the recently opened Nakheel Mall.

Soho Garden DXB’s sprawling complex at Meydan positively impacted the Dubai nightlife scene when it opened late 2017. Since then, any DJ worth listening to has rocked the venue’s bars and clubs. We’ll have more of the same on The Palm, please.

February 30 DXB

Starry Nights

Staying on the The Palm Jumeirah, the opening of new beach club February 30 DXB is imminent on West Beach. Another export from Beirut, it promises “blooming sunsets that fade away to starry nights of endless music, dance and laughter”.

And there’s new outdoor action coming soon at Meydan too, with the opening of Hola. Details on this one are still scarce but the venue’s Insta page gives a flavour of what to expect. It states: “Step into Ibiza, sway into Formentera and simmer in Mallorca. Three islands, one soul”.

With so many new additions to the Dubai nightlife scene, we need a four-day working week to check them all out. We really want to see dancing restrictions lifted too so we can party hard again.
