The UK’s MADE Festival Rewards 1000 NHS Workers with Free Tickets
Hats off to the UK’s MADE Festival for donating 1000 free tickets to NHS workers. Festival chiefs are making the gesture in recognition of NHS workers’ incredible response in the fight against Covid-19. With the festival sector badly hit during the pandemic, MADE organisers acknowledge the monumental efforts made by NHS workers to help get everyone back out there and enjoying live music again.
To execute the giveaway, MADE has linked up with Sheffield-based organisation Tickets For Good. “We are really pleased to be working with Tickets For Good to provide free tickets for NHS workers this year,” said MADE Festival boss Pete Jordan. “I hope all the tickets are taken up and if Tickets For Good have demand for more then we’ll try and find a way to give them more. The festival industry owes NHS workers a great deal for their hard work and dedication in getting us through the pandemic.”
Festival Line-Up
The West Midlands’ biggest music and arts festival, MADE sets up camp at new home Dunstall Park in Wolverhampton this year. Taking place on 30th July, the festival line-up includes performances from AJ Tracey, Bad Boy Chiller Crew, Andy C, Eats Everything, Pa Salieu, Ms Banks, Bru-C, Shy FX, Kings of the Rollers, Jaguar and many more. NHS workers are invited to apply for free tickets here. A small booking fee to help cover Tickets For Good’s overheads applies. “I want to make sure NHS workers are aware of this offer and how to take advantage of it,” added Jordan. “We look forward to welcoming some real heroes to Dunstall Park on 30th July.”
Reflecting on the made partnership, Tickets For Good founder Steve Rimmer said: “Our recent Impact Award from TheTicketingBusiness would not be possible without quality events partnering with us in this way. Big thanks to all at MADE for making this possible.”
