Black Coffee, Marco Carola and Nic Fancuilli Lined Up for Carpark Parties

Handbreak on! Black Coffee, Marco Carola and Nic Fancuilli will be celebrating New Year in Dubai. The trio of top-notch DJs will play over two special carpark takeovers.

Downtown Dubai club Mantis is shifting its New Year parties to P7 at Media One Hotel, in Dubai Media City. Black Coffee and Nic Fancuilli will soundtrack New Year’s Eve. With Marco Carola and Nic playing on New Year’s Day.

South African DJ and producer Black Coffee’s new album Subconsciously is percolating for a February release. It’s due for release via Ultra Records on 5th February. What else do we know about it? Well, it’s stacked with collaborations after Black Coffee reached out to Usher, Cassie, Elderbrook, RY X, Sun-El The Musician, Diplo and David Guetta, among others. You can pre-order the album here.

True Talents

Black Coffee has been teasing fans about his new longplayer since late November, when he released 10 Missed Calls featuring Pharrell Williams and Memphis artist Jozzy. “To have both Pharrell Williams and Jozzy on a record with me and a part of my album project is an honour,” he said at the time. “They are two true talents that I hold so much respect and admiration for. Nothing but good energy all around!”

Flexing

Italian techno boss Marco Carola has remained one of the most in demand techno DJs on the planet over the last two decades. His Music On parties in Ibiza are always rammed with label boss Carola often flexing marathon sets there. His huge Music On festival returns to Amsterdam on 8th and 9th May. This year Carola also launched his own Music On clothing range.

There’s a double dose of Nic Fancuilli lined up. British DJ and producer Nic is playing on both New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day. His remix of Disclosure’s Etran track is a proper chugger. Give it a listen here.

Nic Fancuilli

As well as maintaining his reputation as a great producer, Nic has interviewed some absolute legends recently for his ‘As I Was Saying’ project. Catch Nic in conversation with Nile Rogers and Goldie via his Facebook page.

Nic also heads up his Saved Records imprint, which maintains a busy release schedule. This month the label released new music from Dario D’Attis & Shyam P, Junior Sanchez & Boris, plus Amine Edge & Dance with Clyde P.

The carpark takeovers run from 9pm – 2am each night. Table bookings (call 052 559 8858) are essential so round up your mates. Tables start from AED5000 with a maximum of 10 people per table.
